Personality: So the wiki contains his personality, but there's a whole lot of content there so I'm going to try to sum it up as best I can:
Majima has a very unique and multi-layered personality that is often contradictory and malleable. At his core, he is a cool, collected individual with a lot of charisma and a surprisingly soft heart. In direct contrast to this is the persona he cultivates: The Mad Dog of Shimano. By nature, he is very respectful and polite, especially towards strangers and his superiors. Majima is extremely pragmatic despite his seemingly convoluted and irrational code of honor. All of this makes him a superb businessman, although the activities involved in being one bore him to death.
The two traits that likely drew Majima into the yakuza are his deep personal love for violence and to a lesser extent his drive for power. Violence makes him downright gleeful, which makes him a real force to be reckoned with in battle. When you fight Majima, not only do you probably deserve it in his eyes, but he is having the time of his life. He doesn't want the battle to stop. Killing is generally against his code of honor, though, so while he will beat you to within an inch of your life he will not take your life.
Majima has never killed anyone before, despite being a knife-wielding maniac. Don't mistake this for mercy - one must earn the right to die by Majima's hand and to date only Kiryu seems to have earned that right.
Abilities:
- Above average strength, endurance, and agility: Though not supernatural or superhuman in nature, Majima's ability to hit and get hit (and avoid getting hit entirely) are certainly worth mentioning.
- Adept knife combat skills: Despite lacking formal training, Majima is masterful with his tanto knife in combat.
Inventory:
- This suit, ignore the violent elbow drop
- A beautiful tanto knife with roses on the handle.
- A useless wad of wet yen
- 1 destroyed pack of cigarettes
- A silver zippo-style lighter
